What a beautiful location. Adam was responsive to questions during our stay. The boat was a bit more cramped than we had anticipated. We had a group of 8 adults and it is probably was more suited for 4 adults and a few children. We loved this property. My 98 year old father was on the main level, our daughter and we were upstairs. Each room had their own bath and tv. The unit was very spacious. The pool couldn't have been closer. The drive to main Key West attractions was about 15 minutes. Location approx miles away from downtown Key West. Very quiet with comfortable beds. A bit of wear and tear on the house, I guess typical for a rental property, but overall very pleased with the accommodations.

Our unit faced the pool and was quiet with little road noise. We had a rental car and were able to drive the short distance to Central Key West when we wanted to do things around the tourist areas.

I can think of only 1 fault and that is we never did work out how to operate the rather complicated coffee machine BUT that meant i visited the bakers just yards away for fresh coffee and pastries first thing every morning which soon became something we looked forward to everyday so absolutely no bad.

Accommodations The house has two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The rear-facing bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds, flat screen TV with Roku media player and a large sliding glass door that opens to a private screened-in porch overlooking the butterfly garden. The front-facing bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV with DVD and Roku media player, and french doors that open to a private balcony overlooking the street.
Both bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings. As previously mentioned, the living room sofa converts to a queen-sized sleeper and can accommodate 2 extra guests. Views of the tropical butterfly garden and a stone's throw from the community clubhouse, fitness center, and resort-style pool with waterfall which is heated to 80 degrees year-round. The Key West Golf Club is a gated community which offers hour hour security.
In this community you will be very close to all of Key West's many attractions - beaches, watersports, sightseeing, fine dining, and entertainment for all ages, with the ability to return to the tranquility of a quiet gated community.
Double sliding doors off of the living room lead to a large screened-in porch with an outdoor dining table and seating for 4 overlooking the butterfly garden and reflecting pool.
Outside in the fully fenced-in yard you will find a gas grill and quiet seating area. Ceiling fans can be found throughout the house, including the living room, both bedrooms, and both screen-in porches. You will love the peaceful surroundings and friendly neighborhood here at the golf club. The homes here consist of townhouses, spa houses and single family homes called great houses. The community is home to permanent and seasonal residents and renters alike.
We love it because we are close to all that Key West has to offer, but away from the busy area of town. Come for the warm sunny days, the cool breezes, the cold beverages, and the kind of fun and relaxation that has become the standard here in Key West.
